1. Anti-blocking performance and material adaptability
The conical structure optimizes the anti-blocking performance. The conical design combines gravity self-flow with vibration/stirring mechanism to effectively destroy the arch bridge effect of the material. The conical powder suction cover of the adjustable coarse powder device can be adjusted by moving up and down to achieve the separation of coarse powders of different particle sizes, avoiding the problem that traditional powder selectors have difficulty in handling particles above 1mm. Conical feeders can handle high-viscosity, wet and coarse and fine mixed materials, while traditional equipment requires frequent replacement of accessories.
2. Improved efficiency and processing capacity
The ball mill drum-shaped conical feeder adopts a double-helix design, which doubles the feeding amount of the traditional single-scoop head equipment and increases the processing capacity of the ball mill by 20%. The horizontal screen combines the three-axis drive technology of the conical feeder, and the exciting force is 2.5 times that of the traditional circular vibrating screen, and the processing capacity of the same screen surface is increased by 2.5-4 times. The adjustable coarse powder device adjusts the position of the powder suction cover through the screw and nut, and controls the finished product particle size (such as 1mm coarse powder) in real time, with a precision far exceeding that of traditional dynamic powder selectors. The double helix structure of the conical mixer supports closed-loop control, achieving a material ratio error of ≤1%, while traditional equipment relies on manual adjustment.
3. Structural design and maintenance convenience
The outer shell of the conical feeder adopts a split bolt connection (such as the upper shell and the lower shell), which is convenient for quick disassembly and maintenance. The traditional welded structure is prone to cracking. The vibration source of the horizontal screen adopts an embedded design, without the need for belt or gear transmission, reducing the risk of lubricating oil leakage, and shortening the maintenance time to less than 2 hours. The double-helix conical mixer has no moving parts contacting the material, reducing wear, while traditional mixing equipment requires regular replacement of blades.
